When choosing a company to extract our old, defective fibre glass cavity wall insulation we realised that the insulation industry can be a bit of a minefield. However we were super impressed with the work that Dan and Sean did for us. Professional, tidy, polite and great attention to detail (for example they carefully matched the colour of the mortar to fill the holes so you would never have known they were here.) Highly recommended company.

Efficient and tidy

This company is fantastic from all the staff in the office to the surveyor. Lee and Shawn who did a very good job with the cavity wall insulation, they arrived on time and left our property clean and tidy.

Arrow Insulation carried out a free survey using a cavity camera and found I already have good cavity insulation and no work is required. They explained clearly about the insulation I have and that it is common in houses built circa 1993. Very friendly and business like.

I'd like to say Arrow Insulation were amazing. Today I had my cavity wall filled, Dan and Frank were very professional, arrived at the scheduled time, polite, clearly explained the process and set expectations. After the insulation everything was clean, clear and tidy. Dan walked around the property with me while we looked at the work carried out and answered any additional questions I had.

Thank you so much for both the extraction and insulation teams doing their work to a very high standard. Waiting for it to be winter now to feel the benefits of the cavity wall insulation.

I used Arrow for both cavity wall extraction and cavity wall insulation. The installation was great, the guys were very fast, turned up on time and the communication was great, they were generally tidy and did a good job. I had a few issues with the extraction because of a surveryor, but the team sorted it out fairly quickly and managed to do the job. I would use them again.

Cavity wall extraction and installation of bead insulation. Excellent service and whilst an unknown hole in the kitchen wall meant a considerable amount of dust that required 3 hours of cleaning by me this was unforeseen. Looking forward to now seeing the benefits of new wall insulation!

Arrow installed cavity wall insulation to our property. They conducted a thorough survey and provided an informative report detailing the work to be done. Their price appeared to be competitive. The installation was brought forward by a week-or-so. The on-site team arrived late, due to weather issues. With work like this you can't really tell whether it has been done properly. However the on-site team were very professional and enthusiastic. They explained what they were doing, appeared knowledgable and tidied up the site afterwards. They were a good advertisement for the company.
